Individual & Family Therapy

Stephanie provides counselling support to young people, adults and families as life changes can be challenging for many individuals to both identify and manage on their own. In a safe and confidential environment, Stephanie listens to better understand their worries, concerns, and presenting difficulties. This approach helps Stephanie guide and support, explore positive solutions, and help children build resiliency.

Given it is common for issues being experienced by children to have an effect on the family unit, family therapy is an impactful way to help family members understand each other and work to resolve challenges collectively. Involving family members can facilitate positive development and support children in maintaining goals reached during therapy. Through a non-judgemental, empathetic, and respectful approach, Stephanie helps individuals and families manage difficulties and build the strength to move forward positively in their lives.
