Individual Therapy

Stephanie offers individual counselling support to young people and adults. In a safe, non-judgemental, confidential environment, Stephanie listens to better understand individualized experiences and presenting difficulties. Building therapeutic relationships with individuals allows Stephanie to guide and support, explore positive solutions, and help individuals work towards their needs and goals, at their pace.

Family Therapy

Given it is common for issues being experienced by one family member to have an effect on the family unit, family therapy is an impactful way to help families understand each other and work to resolve challenges collectively. Involving family members can facilitate positive development and support people in maintaining goals reached during therapy. By applying an empathetic and respectful approach, Stephanie helps individuals and families manage difficulties and build the strength to move forward positively in their lives.
